We have over 20 experience in senior catering management and food safety training.  The online course experience has been in existence for 1 year, during which time we have had passes in levels 2, 3 and 4 in Food Safety.

We offer Levels 2, 3 awards in Retail, Catering and Manufacture.  We also offer the Level 4 Award in Food Safety in Catering and Manufacturing and the Level 2 Award in Health and Safety in the Workplace.
