Online Food Safety Training is ideal if you are unable to attend a training course.  The courses lead to certification by the Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance (HABC).  These qualifications are recognised by Environmental Health Departments and Employers throughout  the UK and Europe.  Learn at your own pace.

We offer levels 2, 3 and 4 Food Safety Qualifications in Catering, Retail and Manufacturing and level 2 Health and Safety in the Workplace.

Examinations

Examinations for all courses can be held at any location of the delegate’s choosing.

It is a condition of all courses that the examinations are supervised by a responsible person such as a line manager, supervisor, personnel officer etc. Arrangements can be made for DSI to supervise the exam.

All exams must be completed within 3 months of paying for the course.
